How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes between 7–12 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
What if the item doesn’t fit me?
If your item doesn’t fit, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange or return. Please make sure the item is unworn and in original condition.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and give you a full refund or a new product.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 3 hours after being placed. After this time, the order may already be in processing.
